RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please read our return and refund policy below.

Marshmallowscarf strives to be the best hijab solution for busy Muslimah by offering a practical yet stylish hijab that can be worn within 3 seconds!

The returned goods/products can only be done if there is damage to the item such as torn, printing error, etc from our side. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods/products, you may return your purchase to us. For DEFECT items, all costs of shipping will be borne by Marshmallowscarf. For EXCHANGED items, all costs of shipping will be paid by the customer.

• The return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNIRONED.
• The returned items will be checked with the receipt together.
• The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received.
• There will be NO EXCHANGED item if the item has been used or damaged by the customer.

Return items due to defects can be exchanged with other items with the same price or more. Additional charges may apply to items with a higher price than the exchanged item. Exchanged items with cash are not allowed.

The exchange will only be made after the returned items have arrived at us. Return and exchange can only be done at Marshmallowscarf.ph Store. Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable at vendor boutiques or any of Marshmallowscarf Agents/Stockists.

Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt in exchange for MARSHMALLOWSCARF.PH Store Credit only. Only items that are unworn unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged. For exchanges, kindly indicate the new color/code you’d like to exchange within the return form. If the item requested is not available in stock, we will have to give you store credit instead. If you’d like to exchange for a different item altogether, we will first refund you in-store credit and you may place a new order for the item.

Marshmallowscarf.ph will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Marshmallowscarf.ph has the right to amend the return & exchange terms and conditions without notifying our customers first.

Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM. Please return your purchase to the following address:
