IN THE CASE OF:
- Missing items
- Wrong items
- Damaged items
HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO:
- If within 7 days from the reciept/s of items;
- Visit the E-commerce site where you purchased the products and follow their return and refund procedures.
- Make sure you have the following;
- photo or video of your proof of purchase (A video of unpacking/unboxing is ideal!)
- time and date of receipt of the item
- If it has been more than 7 days since you received the item, please contact e-commerce chat support with the following information.
- order number
- date of order
- time and date of receipt of the item
- picture or video for proof of concern.
After you submit your concerns, the issue will be investigated. Generally, this takes 1-2 business days.
Some things to remember:
- Proof of concern in the form of videos and photos is a requirement for return and exchange claims. Return and exchange claims without proof are void of warranty.
- Items must be;
- NOT HAVE BEEN WORN
- NOT HAVE BEEN IRONED
- NOT HAVE BEEN ALTERED; or
- NOT HAVE BEEN WASHED
- Official business hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM on Mondays to Fridays except on holidays.
