IN THE CASE OF: 

  • Missing items
  • Wrong items
  • Damaged items

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO: 

  • If within 7 days from the reciept/s of items;
    •   Visit the E-commerce site where you purchased the products and follow their return and refund procedures.
  • Make sure you have the following;
    • photo or video of your proof of purchase (A video of unpacking/unboxing is ideal!)
    • time and date of receipt of the item
  • If it has been more than 7 days since you received the item, please contact e-commerce chat support with the following information.
    • order number
    • date of order
    • time and date of receipt of the item
    • picture or video for proof of concern.

After you submit your concerns, the issue will be investigated. Generally, this takes 1-2 business days.

Some things to remember: 

  • Proof of concern in the form of videos and photos is a requirement for return and exchange claims. Return and exchange claims without proof are void of warranty.
  • Items must be;
    • NOT HAVE BEEN WORN
    • NOT HAVE BEEN IRONED
    • NOT HAVE BEEN ALTERED; or
    • NOT HAVE BEEN WASHED
  • Official business hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM on Mondays to Fridays except on holidays
